Last month, our IME (Impact Measurement & Evaluation) Team launched a new project, entitled, ‘Learning Together.’

Over the coming months, the Community Foundation is working in partnership with five youth serving agencies that have programs dedicated to academic support. This deeply collaborative project will focus on establishing action-oriented strategies  and designing a network of support that leverage the strengths of each program. We are VERY excited to be facilitating this process!
