Coaching and Training
One of our core offerings is professional development to better understand impact measurement and evaluation. We work with organizations as well as individuals.
For organizations, we offer our Evaluation Capacity Coaching Series. We work with each member of your organization to discover the existing assets, questions, and areas that require more attention. By combining 1-on-1 coaching sessions with two half-day workshops for your entire team, the Community Foundation’s Evaluation Capacity Coaching series will create the space and guidance to unlock your team’s potential and re-imagine the role of evaluative thinking within your organization. Participants will discover the role impact measurement and evaluation currently plays within their context and develop the skills and confidence to explore new questions and evaluation methods.

For individuals, we offer an 8 session course, Evaluating Your Impact. This is a robust and ‘real-world’ learning opportunity where participants will learn how to develop an evaluation plan, implement this plan, and use the findings to improve their programs and communicate their impact. In a cohort of 8-10, participants will each present an actual evaluation need from their organization.
