The Chapman Group Fund
In celebration of their 10th Anniversary, The Chapman Group Fund was established to support the mission and vision of the Community Foundation and provide impactful community grants in Greater Saint John.
Tanya Chapman’s unwavering commitment to giving back is rooted in a belief that we have a social responsibility to lead change in the communities in which we work. Her passion for building capacity and supporting organizations at every level have been a driving force throughout her career.
In fact, Tanya’s first business plan included a bold goal: to dedicate 10 percent of her time to not-for-profits in the form of in-kind human resources support. Today, this commitment remains a fundamental part of her business, and The Chapman Group Team supports many not-for-profit organizations throughout Atlantic Canada.
The Chapman Group is also deeply committed to improving the socioeconomic conditions of our region especially on causes that support women and children. Making a meaningful difference, one that is long-lasting and sustainable, is paramount in this values-driven company.
Through her leadership and influence, Tanya is constantly looking for ways to create positive change and improve the lives of those around her.
The Chapman Group’s dedication to giving back is truly inspiring, and their impact on the community cannot be overstated. By focusing on important causes and leveraging their skills and resources, anyone can create meaningful change and contribute to a better future for all.
In celebration of their 10th Anniversary, The Chapman Group is pleased to contribute $10,000 as a seed donation to this new fund!
The annual income from the Fund will support the mission and vision of the Community Foundation and provide impactful community grants in Greater Saint John.

This Fund will encourage others to follow the generous example set by Alan and Joyce McLean, and earnings are used for Community Impact Grants.

The Nancy Ann Harper Fisher Fund was established in 2015 with a generous donation from her estate, the largest individual gift in The Community Foundation's history. A dedicated philanthropist, Ms. Fisher's bequest created an endowment to support charitable causes in Greater Saint John.
