The Community Foundation welcomed over 400 guests to its annual Impact Showcase & Luncheon, celebrating 22 local grant recipients and sharing inspiring stories of community impact. The event also marked the beginning of an exciting countdown to the Foundation’s 50th anniversary in 2026.

Celebrate Juanita Black’s 71st birthday with us! In her honor, Juanita has made a gift to the Juanita L. Black Bursary Fund, helping more students reach their dreams. We’re also proud to share that Juanita was recently awarded the King Charles III Coronation Medal for her outstanding community contributions.

After 8+ years of dedicated service, Heinz Schaerer retires from our Board of Directors. His leadership and the creation of three permanent endowment funds—The Jacob Keeley Brown Fund, The Systema New Brunswick Forever Fund, and The Andrea and Heinz Schaerer Fund—have made a lasting impact on our community.
