In 2022, the Foundation hosted Vital Conversations across Greater Saint John, gatherings where residents could share their experiences, dreams, and challenges.
One memorable session took place at the Crescent Valley Resource Centre, where older adults discussed their hopes for safer, more connected neighbourhoods. With translation, childcare, and transportation provided, everyone’s voice could be heard.
These conversations are at the heart of the Foundation’s Vital Signs work. Listening first, then acting collaboratively. Each idea shared becomes part of a bigger story about what matters most to our region.
Because true impact starts with understanding, and change begins when people feel seen and valued.
