The United Way of Saint John, Kings, & Charlotte Counties Endowment Fund
Created for the United Way’s 60th anniversary, this fund provides lasting financial support to sustain its mission and impact in the community.
On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the United Way, its Board established with the Community Foundation a fund to be called “The United Way of Saint John, Kings, & Charlotte Counties Endowment Fund”.
The income from the Fund shall be used to support the United Way.

The Kiwanis Charities Percy R. Cain Fund, established in 2020, honors Percy Cain’s bequest to the Kiwanis Golden “K” Club of Saint John. This endowment supports local children and families, preserving his legacy of service.
The Elizabeth Fry Fund supports the education and employment goals of women and gender-diverse individuals affected by criminalization. The Bernice & Brian Mitchell Fund honours Bernice and Brian’s lifelong commitment to community. The Fund supports charitable initiatives in Greater Saint John focused on the arts, youth, and the unhoused.
The Saint John Human Development Council Fund supports efforts to address poverty, housing, and literacy, ensuring lasting community impact.
