The Constable Royce Isenor Memorial Scholarship Fund was established in 2008 in memory of Constable Isenor, a respected officer of the Saint John Force. 

This fund provides an annual scholarship to high school graduates from the Greater Saint John area entering UNB Saint John the following fall. 

The scholarship is awarded based on academic achievement, community leadership, and financial need. Contributions to the fund can be made at any time to support this lasting tribute to Constable Isenor’s dedication to service and community.

This fund supports post-secondary music students with an annual bursary and preserves the legacy of the Super Steel Band, ensuring future opportunities for young musicians.
